Our company is located in Zhanqi Town, Yinzhou District, Ningbo, China and lies to the shore of the East Sea and the side of Ningbo Port, with an area of 90000 square meters and a building area of 78500 square meters.

We specialize in the manufacture of precision investment castings such as all kinds of common carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel, which are widely used in vehicles, metallurgy, mine, petroleum, agriculture, coal, marine, architectural machinery, medical and food machinery, automobile manufacture, and machinery manufacture.

We have 600 workers and staff members, and 60 engineering technicians, also have our own import and export rights. Currently we have 12 sets of GW 250kg middle frequency melting furnaces and the production assembly lines with an annual production capacity of 2000 tons of various precision castings. Over 95% of the products are exported to more than ten countries and regions such as USA, Europe, Japan, and Australia. These products are appraised well by the clients both at home and abroad. At present, we are in the applying and training for ISO9001:2000 & ISO/TS16949:2002 quality management systems, and we are sure to obtain these certificates by the end of this year.

We have complete sets of chemical & mechanical property testing equipment. The details are as follows: Tensile Testers, Impact Tester, Direct reading Optical Spectrometer, Microstructure Analyzers, Magnetic Particle Flow Detectors, Ultrasonic Detectors, X-ray detectors etc. We are fully qualified for inspecting the castings completely, that playing a pledging role in casting quality simultaneously. Also we are qualified for the heat treatment and machining of the castings to meet the various top requirements for the clients.
